thanks, thirsty, but the pic is on my hard drive. I'd rather not "share" my harddrive and let the world access my computer, lol.

However, how do pics show up on some posts, in the body of the message? Is that done through a link that automatically opens when the message is opened? Here is an example, from a post on this same page:

so you couldn't link to an image on your HD. If you had your own website, you could upload the picture to the server that hosts your website and then link to it. That's how the ladies do it when they include a picture in their posts.
