Curious for advice on being safe when meeting a utr non-pro for the first time, or that's who I think she is.  Is it prudent to verbally inquire about whether or not she is affiliated with LE? Of course place donation in plain envelope and don't mention $. Are there other suggestions that could help me ensure she is legit, and playing fair. Meet in a public spot first , have a drink ?  I'd love to hear them. Feel free to pm, although I thought perhaps that infor might be decent to have on the board. Thanks.

If she is charging you she is a pro. I'll accept "low volume" and I will accept "UTR" but non pros don't take money for sex...K?

Whatever way she chooses to represent herself if she is UTR and has no reviews there is really no way of being sure other than a good recommendation from another customer or provider that you trust.  Where did you hear of her? If it was CL I would say be wary.

1. You asking them, or they asking you, whether or not the other is LE, is not likely a sure fire way to make that determination. The notion that LE cannot lie to you is ludicrous, is my opinion. If they are busting a drug dealer over $1m deal, do you think the dealer asks if they are LE? Even if they say no, do you really think the charges would be dropped, due to the LE lying?  I'd love to hear from an attorney, or even a provider that has gone through this, for real..

2. She may be utr, but does she have reviews? If not, you might ask around for reviews. A weblink may help, if you have one.

3. Did you google her provider name or phone number? That could help to determine if there is any negative info out there on her.

4. You say she is utr. How did you hear of her? If you found her on CL, and there is no information available anywhere else on her, then it may be risky. She may be well known under another name.

5. Consider the source: Where you heard of her, does she come with any recommendations, etc.  If you are friendly with any other providers, you might ask them if they know the provider in question..

6. If you continue to question her sincerity, trust you gut and avoid, until you feel better about her. Trust the big head, not the small one
