Just curious, what is the average premium for BBFS?

Professional provider that requires testing? Cost of test (in my area 200+250, although I heard that PP might do it for free but never tried) + 100-200.
Fly by night STG girl? Sometimes get it offered for free if they are hoping for multiple return visits or even an SD arrangement. But usually offer it for 50-100. Always decline.
Really only done the BBFS a few times when I had room/ airBnB with hot tub when condoms were not very practical.
While I prefer BBBJ, I am usually just to concerned to catch something.

I wasn't even aware that it was available at BI.  Do you know which of their women will do BBFS?
