Hmm, thanks for the input. A reverse image search of one of her photos pulls up what looks to be a legit Facebook account. Searching that name pulls up a YouTube account that also matches some of the stuff on the Facebook.
I think the worst you can lose is time... If you meet her in a Starbucks (or whatever coffee shop is in her hotel lobby) you'll be able to tell if it's really her or not and you'll also be able to get a feel for her personality. If you end up feeling uncomfortable at that point, don't proceed (but you might want to give her a small tip to thank her for meeting you for coffee). If she turns out to be true, she could also turn out to be very popular - quite attractive.
In her ad she claims that she and "her friends are on AFF." That's a pay-to-look website. A couple of her pictures appear on different websites promoting ladies advertising in, for example, Seattle and Canada. Maybe her ad here in Boston is legit . . . who knows? If you search her images eventually you come to a review of a provider from April that was, at best, so-so. The reviewer describes her as hot but interested only in rushing you out the door once the donation is settled.
If she's advertising via a CL ad and at the same time she's on the AFF website, that doesn't sound like a girl who that much of a shy, shrinking violet, in my opinion.
