Hi, my name is Bobbigfe of Long Island, NY and I've been speaking with "Lisa of Boston". As some of us already know, Lisa was busted last month and has not worked since. I am posting in the hopes that some of you would be willing to help someone out in a time when they could really use the support and help. I'm trying to start a fund of sorts to give her enough financial help to help her get back on her feet. If anyone would like to contribute, they can send a money order in her name, "Lisa Anderson" and mail it to my PO box. (She is in the process of moving so doesn't have a definate address at this time). It can be as little or as much as you can afford-even 10 or 20 would be much appreciated. these messages are somewhat odd. Let's assume people here are concerned about the person who was arrested and are willing to help. - Why would people send money to someone from New York who they probably do not know? - Why are you repeating the person's real name? If you are really a member of this community, you surely read the extensive threads when this issue broke, including the restatement of board policy articulated by the moderators. - Why are you giving an apparent real name and address to send contributions? There are safer, more anonymous ways of sending money, such as Paypal.
I think people here could be forgiven if they were concerned that: - this may be a scam and not benefit our friend at all. - even if it's not a scam and you are well meaning, you are too indiscreet to do business with. - all of this may just be an attempt to stir up trouble and further flamewars - you may be someone who is actually outing Bobbi/Lois for reasons we don't understand.
I am really not interested in your answers, because I have no way of verifying them, and certainly would not deal with you, given your posts. I am just explaining some reasons why there were many reads and limited responses and why this whole thread may soon be deleted.
