Anyone else have problem with this certain website that was recently updated

Seems to be a lot of talk about it and not all that good.

an upgrade. The verifications on a verification site are gone. Profiles are trashed. And now the site is unmentionable, although I can't figure out where in the heck one would review a provider on that site anyway. The best of the site is gone, replaced with the downsides of the competitor site.  

If they have a backup of the original site on another server, they should restore it. Then sandbox the new site and work with it until it is ready to launch and known to work.
