Lactating providers among escorts is rare since it is such a short window. I had a ANR who also offered sex as a service but she has left the biz. She used meds to keep her milk ducts full. We had a good relationship.  
I have yet to find another. On occasion a pregnant provider but  they stopped once the baby was born.

I know of one that is still lactating. not newborn baby level but def milk is there. no site but can potentially refer people.

She gave me permission to reach out to trusted referrals. Granted I don't have direct contact with everyone but if you check out through typical screening you will be fine.
