Hi guys, anyone know anyone about Gisselle?

Did a Google search of phone# didn't find anything,
A tineye search of the ad you posted came up with nothing, then I did a tineye search her other ads.

Came up with this:

One other note, I did notice in the all the ads the names and photos were different, but the phone number was the same. That's a good clue that something is wrong.
