was aggressive about trying to keep escorts out; but since then I've seen several gals who stayed there and had no problems, thought the rooms are kind of small and not refurbished. In fact one time I tried to shower there and the shower didn't even work.
Copley Square hotels are the more pricey ones, but it is a very nice area and close to malls and shopping. The theater district is a bit less safe, but OK, especially if you want to go and see a show there.
I'd say the best hotel deals are the airport because they are cheap on Priceline, and it is easy to get in and out. Not much for you to do there however unless you like watching planes land and takeoff.
You might want to avoid the financial district, not because the hotels are bad - in fact they are quite nice - but because traffic and parking is very difficult.
The waterfront hotels are nice, and it is a nice area to hang around in, but again a bit pricey.
I'd also recommend the new hotels around the New Convention Center in South Boston.
Well gents I am doing some research to finally come to the Boston area in a couple of weeks. I can get some great deals but have to book today..
So some usual questions for you gents?
What areas really are the best to avoid "you know who" and more convenient for the gents? I have heard Back Bay and Copley really are the best. Any suggestions on the Theatre District?
What about hotels with security guard? Some of the hotels I am searching have one..Any suggestions? Is this common
