In response to rutger's question, I asked Staff if members needed VIP status to access TER chat rooms.
The TER Lounge is available to all TER members. The regional (city) chat rooms are available to VIP members. Apparently the city chat rooms have extra features available such as private messaging.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
