I've been amazed by the price increase in this business. Providers asking for 400, 600, 800 or more seem to be common nowadays. Am I the only one thinking thinking this becomes insane? I wondering if the ladies see less customers, but still make at least the same amount of money. If this is the case, then good for them.
Ah the good old day of RSG, ending with 200-250 for great GFE models, seems to be far away...
I don't see escorts above $400 unless it's a special occasion. Personally, I'd never spend that kind of money on a regular basis.
But yeah, there's definitely been price inflation in the last 6 months or so but good luck finding a quality, GFE provider for $250 or $300 nowadays.
I too have seen an up tick in prices due to Covid I imagine. I had one provider state she was imposing an additional fee for hazard pay, are you f.....n kidding me. Anything over $4 to me I pass, it cannot be that good number one and secondly reading reviews most guys are getting one shot on goal. Sorry for rant yet ladies its a pandemic and the economy is still recovering.
I agree. They’re clearly in cohoots and that’s fine. But the days of reasonable pricing are over. It’s just not worth that much expense in my opinion. Another byproduct of the inflated pricing is it makes it very difficult to root out the subpar providers, and it’s not worth the risk. The vast majority are now over 500/per which is simply ridiculous. Just one mans opinion, but the fact of the matter is their phones aren’t going to ring as much, which also may be the point.
The ladies I assist are low volume and most charge in the 600 range. I used to work at an agency where ladies would aim to see five clients a day. The ladies I work for now are capped at 1, because of COVID--though I am aware that is a false sense of security--and also because they prefer it that way. It's not that difficult to get multi-hour appointments at higher rates and we still see a fair share of old friends. Some who asked are grandfathered, others not. The ladies don't refuse 1 hour dates, and enjoy them greatly, but those are not the norm.
I think the big difference has been a cultural shift where more people accept SW as a valid and socially acceptable career choice, so we're seeing more providers from an affluent background enter the market at a price point that they feel differentiates them from others. I do not believe that rates are reflective of a provider's "value" as a person or anything else. It's the price she feels is reasonable for an hour, and if you don't wish to pay it, there are plenty of amazing ladies available at lower prices. This is a luxury service. It's not healthcare that everybody has a right to it. (Oh wait....)
Everything costs more, so why should providers stick to 2010 rates? Believe it or not, there's an entire market out there of clients who don't post on message boards bemoaning inflation. The most generous clients I talk to occasionally read reviews and never post. I try and help out TER posters I know because I love this community and enjoy shooting the shit about old days, but us message board folks do not drive revenue.
If you were a provider, would you rather see 4 clients at 400 who would constantly be throwing around their weight as a reviewer, ask you for a variety of acronyms you don't even know, and threaten repercussions if they don't get everything on their checklist, or would you see one client for 3 hours at 600/hour?

I was surprised at one lady--we even had a phone conversation, shared photos...as she asked for an advance for the room, talked to me on phone up to the point of "give me 15 minutes or so to be fresh"---and never replied back! She continues her ads to this day too!! Same phone....she obviously blocked me. I should get another phone number (no, she blocks those temp numbers) just to ask WTF ?
I took it as a donation....pay it forward, the cash flows where it can be useful. Funny when we do that...we find 3-5x more cash flows to us through our own business or personal income from some other source.
