A brand new year is right around the corner now. I am going to be going into a brand new phase of my life. Not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. Physically I have already stopped taking the bc meds that have been the cause of my weight gain. I am very comfortable with Me! I just want to be a healthier me. I am also cutting coffee out of my diet entirely. In a couple of weeks I am changing my hair style and I am going to look the way I want to look. I am comfortable being Grammy. The low maintenance thing was fun for a while though. The girls and I are also taking pole dancing classes. This is going to be hilarious and helpful at the same time. Mentally, I am OK but I am going to see a life coach. I will probably hate her! I will however give her a fair bit of time. Spiritually I have been working this amazing program. I really think it adds to my sexuality a lot. Just being really in tune with myself makes sex so much more fuckin hot. Now I am horny so I am going to rub one out.
