My favorite seafood place in Boston would be Island Creek Bar.  It's technically in Kenmore, but is only a 10 minute walk from the Prudential center.  Obviously they have great oysters, but also have all other types of seafood.  Eastern Standard is a great bar right next door that is the best place in town for cocktails.  They have good food too.  Check out the menu!

I'm a HUGE fan of Eastern Standard, and the place has a great vibe, food is great and it's jumping on the weekends!  Highly recommend.
