Well, you could go with "art history" meanings.  Timelines aren't agreed upon, but, roughly, Renaissance 1400-1600; Baroque 1600-1800.  Rubens was in the transition but is usually considered to be Baroque.  In any case, most of the nudes were not Photoshopped silhouettes but curvy, plump and rounded.  

Now, it also might mean that she has a NEW, re-born look.  That could mean fake boobs taking her from B to DDD.  It could mean she hit the gym for six months, dropped 40 pounds and went from athletic to thin.  I am assuming her renaissance to be positive but sometimes it's negative.  She used to be 5'2", 100 pounds and is re-born as 5'2", 170 pounds.  "Renaissance body" is supposed to make "fat" sound like something artsy and fancy

Many of the Renaissance and Baroque era of women were all (term besides Rubenesque) ZAFTIG.
