Hi Gentlemen,

I'll be remaining in Maine for the rest of November and hope that some of you can join me in my cozy, harborside apartment preparing for the holidays with my trademark low-stress, high-energy, ever-so-satisfying workouts. I hope to meet with old and new friends alike to create memories that will definitely provide a reason to give thanks.
