Yes, most of us know the system is screwed up right now.
Sometimes we get and send easily.....sometimes we get an error message when we try to send....sometimes we get multiple PMs that are identical because the person sending...tried multiple times.

Try this......
When sending a PM, include your handle in the "CC" box (this sends a copy to additional recipients).
If you put your name in there and send.......if the message shows up in your inbox.....you know it sent, in spite of the error message.
