For those who don't know, oral sex is a felony in Mass (defined as an unnatural sex act in Commonwealth v. Balthazar, 366 Mass. 298) , as is open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior

Nyx, with all due respect, you're not reading the case right.  The statute regarding oral sex between two private, consenting adults was struck down by the Mass. Supreme Court decades ago.  The Balthazar case you cite involved forcible oral rape.  Fact is, even the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled, in a case originating from Texas, that a man and a woman have a federal Constitutional right to engage in oral sex.  If the statute happens to remain on the books, it's only because the legislators don't have the cohones (yet) to vote to repeal it.
