Well could someone let me know something about this sting in Roxbury. Was it this past friday or is it coming up? I am just curious as I just got to this area and had made the mistake of staying around mass ave in roxbury recently. Thats some neighborhood. I'm sure stings are frequent there.
The sting was last weekend. Operation squeeze has been going on sporadically all over Boston for about fifteen years. LE sets up female police officers as decoys and busts guys when they approach them and solicit sex. And it works! The SW scene in and around Boston is a mere shadow of what it was in the elate 80's and early 90's.
They don't harass guys walking down the street to in call locations but you are right Virginia, that area is probably not a good place to stay in especially if you are trying to work.
you shouldn't have any problem - it's more of the "on the corner street hookers" and the johns that they are after. (no matter who it is - it's still a freaking waste of public funds!)
