What happened to EROS this year?

I have contacted MANY providers who advertised on Eros and out of 10 contacts, I got one reply...

Some providers on the newbie board complained that sometimes sites post ads that they did not even post.. Though I am not sure if this is case for Eros since they should be getting good traffic. And there are so many bs ads on Eros in the first place, missing email or phone number or just minute details that should be there for someone who is serious about the business.

I gave up on trying to search there or at any other ad sites for that matter. I just look through reputable agencies in town and use the search review feature here on TER to filter out providers that I am interested.

Hope this answers your question.

DateCheck is more of a static list than a frequently updated ad forum. I often get my leads from TER (Regional Ad Forums or Recent Reviews), then check D-C because of the convenience of verification / referrals. Frequently, a D-C listing will link to a personal website but sometimes even an EROS or other ad.

(Your D-C page no longer has a website link.)

I use it to see who is in town, and who is coming to town.  Aside from Eros I search TER boards.  Occasionally but rarely do I search City Vibe.  I also check Date Check because the providers often have their long range schedule listed there.  I like that because it gives me the opportunity to plan ahead.

...I also check EROS ads.  It's pretty easy to know who is real there by checking TER reviews and provider web sites.  (LC's posts help as well.)

I never look at backpage anymore and rarely cityvibe.

Those are just time wasters at this point.

So I am wondering if it's even worth spending a penny on ads there as it seems to be such a pain in the tush! :P
