I prepared two 15 foot lengths of paracord.  Before she arrived, I wrapped one around the mattress a foot or so below the head and the other about two feet above the foot.  Tied each one tight (tautline hitch).  

I prepared carabiner clips (NiteIze S-Biners, size 2 or 3).  She provided the soft velcro cuffs.  

Once she had stripped, I put the cuffs on her wrists and ankles, laid her back on the bed, and used the 'biners to attach the cuffs to the paracords.  To keep her ankles wide apart, I twist the paracord and double clip the 'biner so it won't slide (or you could prepare an overhand loop in the cord and clip the 'biner to that).    

Having her legs bound straight caused her some cramping that interrupted our pleasure.  Next time I'll wrap the cord higher up on the bed and keep two long ends out, and attach those to cuffs at her knees instead of her ankles.  That will let her bend her knees, angle her pelvis for deeper penetration and buck her hips more.  

Many variations could be made on this general method; that's just how I got my woman bound for pleasure that time.  

I think one day I'll do the setup and then invite her to cuff me in place as you suggest.  She's pretty submissive and enjoyed being bound, but she really knows how to please a man!  I'm a little afraid of letting her work on me like that.

and provide an eyelet that then allows a rope to be secured thereby.

I live in Vegas and am outcall to hotels only so have had to get resourceful.  

For the beds that have a traditional bed frame (not platform), you can tie to the legs of those. I also tie to the nightstands, whether its the legs of those or even the handles. Worst case scenario, as long as your rope is long enough, you can loop the rope under each corner of the mattress and tie it off on top.  

That's a fun fantasy, enjoy yourself!

In a pinch take 2 large pieces of rope and slide the first under the mattress (but above the box spring) long ways, about 6 inches from the top of the mattress. Take the second piece of rope, repeat process, but stop about 6 inches from the foot of the bed. Make sure there is enough length on each end that you can tie someone hands or add cuffs.

Buy under bed restraints... or use rope!

There are lots of toy companies that manufacture a set of belts that go under the mattress. They are very easy to use and install quickly, even in a hotel room.  

My all time favorite, though... is rope! Put two lengths of it under the bed and it gets the same job done. It is versatile and will serve other purposes for you as well.
