I suggest you follow kat's advice. I have had great experiences with providers where I have been a regular and established a good repore (sp?).  I discussed my edgier fantasies and it has resulted in some great power play sessions (Me as Top). As always, good communication and a level of trust are required for successful power play.

I bring restraints and carobiners for gentlemen to restrain me with on our first date.  On the first date I must be able to let myself out, not be totally helpless.  Over repeat visits that limit is diminished as trust is built.  I enjoy many incredible sessions completely bound in rope, bondage tape, saran wrap.  I have allowed clients to bring bondage bags made of rubber or neoprene or leather.  If a client I had experience with brought one of those vacuum beds, I'd be be a willing player.
