That address sounds familiar . . .  Feels like I might have been at a play party there once years and years and years ago . . .

Probably not so much a pro dungeon as someone who was kinky who collected a bunch of equipment and might have hosted a party or two.  Most of the pro dungeons are careful about making sure that they are in industrial zones where they are in sufficient distance from schools, churches, etc.

Can't really have a S&M Hut without an adequate shuttle.
