I know this may seem extreme to some but I am seeking a female domme who is excellent at strap-on play and possibly fisting.

You shouldn't have any problem finding a Domme in NYC (arguably, the kinkiest city in America, maybe tied with San Francisco) who will provide these services.  Generally,, you'll have a better experience if you engage on some solo play and get some practice with different sizes of butt plugs before you'll be ready for strap-on play and fisting with a partner.  (Nothing more frustrating than paying for a session, and then finding that you are too tense and tight to get anything up there.)

I highly recommend that you purchase and read this book (link below) if you are a novice in this area.

And I see that there are tons of dommes in NY but that is the problem.  Which ones are really into strapon versus those that simply dabble.  And second I can't find ANY dommes who list fisting - my guess is some do it but don't advertise.
