Maybe it's just a numbers game but I've found NYC and Los Angeles have loads of options for pro dommes and dungeons.  So if that's a barometer then I'd say those two cities in particular.

Chicago has some options but surprisingly, even larger cities like Dallas or Houston don't have that many prevalent dommes.

I've found South Florida to have some interest too, but maybe that's not surprising as I generally consider it NYC-South.

While KC and St Louis seem like larger cities, the kink options there seem vacant.

I have traveled to Desire in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico it was amazing!  I hear London is pretty kinky, but have not been blessed to travel much Internationally.  I have Global entry now & hope to utilize it after the covid-19.
