Once I read on a website for a Naughty Nurse a rather hot description of her enema equipment, such as a nozzle with cuffs that inflated both inside and outside the body, ensuring a very secure seal, in her words "giving a whole new meaning to 'anal retentive'. "! Then she warns the prospective client to prepare himself before the session "or you will wish you had. The Nurse does not want to have to deal with any nastiness".

What would be a reasonable amount of preparation for such a wonderfully invasive procedure

My recommendation:

At least 90 minutes priior to your appointment, give yourself an enema. Use your bag (if you have one) and warm water...if  you don't have a bag, buy a disposable enema at the drugstore, dump out the water in it and replace it with plain warm water, then use as directed. Make sure you give yourself at least 90 minutes to make sure you are thoroughly empty and clean, then go enjoy yourself!

This is the procedure I prefer my strap-on boys follow prior to bending over for me, seems it will work jsut fine for your pre-enema session as well.
