Its hard to think of more complete control than that held by a dom/domme staring down at his/her sub with a full and plugged colon whose cramps have begun. The pain and fear is growing with each cramp.  The sub looks up at the dom/domme with fear and devotion and begs be allowed to beg for relief.  .
