A good cotton rope with no core (holds its knotts better) run under the mattress at the top and at the bottom of the bed tied to carabiners (easy release if needed).  Then carry with you some neoprene velcro strap cuffs.  They are light weight and will go into the shower with you if needed.

On doors, tie a triple knot in your cotton rope or tie a rope around a pencil/pen.  You need two.  Flip the knotted end over the door, flip the second one close or a foot apart - depending on how you like people to have their arms, and close the door.
