I have never visited her, but there's a website for "Kimi Inch" advertising BDSM-related therapy in NYC. Here's a quote from the website: "I first began my journey in the BDSM lifestyle in 2002 as Mistress Nina Payne..."

Again, I can't vouch for the legitimacy of the site, but it may be a good first step if you're intent on getting in touch.
