I did visit her site.  Very nice with hot info and photos; however, unable to truly verify the info.

of email and images doesn't turn up anything, I would pass.  Unless, you're prepared to lose your money OR to walk away if things don't go well.  There are too many known ladies to TOFTT, but that's JMO.
