I have been on and off seeing providers  snice 1999.  I tried most things BDSM, Anal, threesomes, foursomes.  In all this time two fantasies have escaped me. One is is seeing a very cool couple where i can watch them have extremely rough sex and then have me lick her clean after. the other seeing a dom or a women who can give a sensual bs. My question does some fantasies need to stay fantasies? Or you only live once keep trying?

I generally agree on the subject with the aptly named Mr. Fisher except very occasionally.  One of my truly great "regrets" involves a non professional lady I saw between marriages whose physical presence and deepest fantasies were an absolutely perfect fit for mine at that time.  It has been decades and I still wonder if things would have been as exquisite as I imagined BUT ...I had just gotten involved with a women who was jealous and was all but a perfect match for me except the sex was and has remained average.  In every other way it was a perfect match. Following the perfect sexual object would have cost me what has been a really excellent happy marriage.  In this case it was not fantasies vs. "why bother"; it was absolute sexual fantasy vs the women of all my other dreams.  
Of course, if the fantasy was available --like yours-- from a provider with visits which would  not have upset my marriage plans, I would have done that discretely, but in this case it was a sexual fantasy that involved a total lifestyle change.  Knowing what I now know more that 30 years later I made the correct decision and would without hesitation repeat it.

If it can be accomplished in the realm of the hobby, I say, go for it.  

With civilian folks, well, make sure you truly know them. That you could be fantasizing about your civvie friends can cost you the friendship itself. Personally, I don't think it's ever worth it but hey, you know your situation better than I do.

You can say I did that & maybe repeat if you enjoyed it.  You can not say you, do not like something until you have gave it a try.  Let me know if you need some help...
