I always thought that spit roasting was being penetrated orally while being penetrated either anally or vaginally.  That way you were like a piece of meat on a spit.  I thought that being penetrated both orally and anally at the same time was double penetration or DP.  Also, for a woman being penetrated orally, anally and vaginally at the same time was being air tight.
