there was a place called OWK (her world kingdom) where sub men sometime coming alone, sometimes brought by mistresses were brought and committed themselves to a fixed amount if time.  They slept in cells or chained to the beds of dommes. There was much physical torment etc.  (Films can still be bought on line.)  
They are out of business now but many of the ladies involved with that set up play spaces in and around Prague. I have not been there since the closing so I can not give you first hand reports.
