I'd like to hear (no emails) from both Doms and Subs on why there is an interest in GS.  I understand the humiliation part of it from both sides and I'm guessing for providers the anything for a buck aspect but I'd like to know what else is there that makes this act 'attractive' for lack of a better word.  

 
Here's some background on why I ask:

Piss play is NOT inherently degrading or humiliating! It's warm, wet, intimate... those three things are definitely sexy on their own. There are a TON of different reasons why someone might be into GS.

Power play - making someone do something they don't particularly want to do can be hot for people into topping or domination (with consent, of course - the idea being that the submissive/bottom actually does want to do it but is too shy to admit to it, or is willing to do something that they don't have any interest in to please the top). There's an overlap of degradation and humiliation here if the bottom feels humiliated by the action, but it doesn't necessarily have to be a component. For example, the top could challenge the bottom to a test of will, and the bottom completes the task out of pride and a competitive nature or desire to please rather than humiliation.

Degradation or humiliation - some people like being grossed out by the things they're doing, whether they're being asked/ordered to or just doing so of their own accord. They like the feeling of being 'low', 'dirty', 'tainted', etc.

On to your situation:  

Just because she's laid back in her day to day interactions with you doesn't mean she's not a dominant! I know you mentioned that you didn't want to discuss it with her, but I think you should bring it up to reiterate that you're uninterested in kink so that everything's on the table. But I thought I'd share my situation and why I'm personally into it.  

I started out thinking that piss play was really kind of gross.  Honestly.
