I do think most pro dommes don't engage in a lot of these activities, but also some things are offered on a "case by case" basis. My style of kink is sensual and can end in both parties reaching the big O. I love to tease but also love to reward good behavior with pleasure not just pain. I feel like each kink session is so different and exciting. The desires and fantasies are all so very unique. When someone contacts me for something outside the vanilla world, I ask them to send me their favorite porn clips so that I can get a better idea of what direction they would like things to go and also to make sure we enjoy the same types of play.
Unfortunately, online guides skew towards presenting providers as a monolith. And we most certainly are not. We are all as individual and unique as everyone else you know. So while a guide is a great starting point for what to expect or what to do and not do, it is only a starting point.
Most providers do a wonderful job presenting themselves and what they are into. Just find the providers who seem to enjoy what you do. They tend to use phrases like sensual domination, kinky GFE, full-service domme, kinky femdom, or femdom GFE - and this is not an exhaustive list either.
As for cumming during a session, I'd be disappointed if I didn't. I provide excellent detailed advice on how to make me cum and I expect my submissive lovers to please me.
