It looks like the active ingredient in IcyHot is mostly menthol which activates receptors in your skin.
I remember my first "peppermint oil fortified blow job." She put pep oil in her mouth and then applied it to my little friend ... who started screaming for help. A shower using soap and water helped somewhat.
Tabasco contains capsaicin which burns like hell on sensitive body parts (tongue, gums, testicles, ...).

1. Wash off as much IcyHot or tabasco as possible with soap and water.  
2. There's another kind of IcyHot with lidocaine. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that should turn off receptors in your skin. Keep a tube of lidocaine-only cream (without more menthol) handy. Maybe that will cool things down?
3. Another topical anesthetic is found in Sarna skin cream. The ingredient you're looking for is pramoxine.
