Less likely to pinch or catch a stray hair.  Be careful taking the double loop thing off, esp the lower loop.  Ask me how I know.  Come over and practice, I'll show you how.....

I found a couple of pretty good links that might help you and others.  For me and others, CBT is far from torture -- it's a lot of fun!!

Go get an anatomy and physiology book

and learn everything you can about how the cock and balls work, what all they are connected to and how everything works together. Teach yourself about potential infection that can result from inserting things into the urethra and learn how pressure is different than impact, etc.

CBT is NOT something to just jump in and try; yep, the cock and balls are pretty resilient, but you can do some damage unless you know what you are doing...there is also a big difference between CBT for pain and CBT for pleasure...lots of guys don't mind CBB (cock and ball bondage) but don't even think about coming near them with clamps, clips or poky things. Other guys love the cock tortured but not the balls, or vice versa.

If you take a look at pics on my site (in the photo gallery and in my blog) you'll see lots of exampls of both CBT and CBB...I play pretty hard with those boys who like it rough, but I've been doing it a long time and I like to think I know my stuff

I am fairly experienced, so when a new domme asks me how experienced, I tell her "electrified sounds". Sounds is a very, very difficult skill and the domme must be meticulously sterile and, fairly obviously, quite skilled. There are a number of very skilled dommes in sounds. Julie Simone, Brooke Robinson, Mistress Caroline, Anais Sin, Mistress Sade. What is the sensation--it combines rape with urination and ejaculation. The thin metal rod ineluctably penetrating the urethra, the ultimate violation of a male. And then the slow withdrawl--the surge of ejaculation, the sense of urination while trying to hold back.
