Any tips to 'tie up' (I don't care if they just hold on to the ropes) a provider in a hotel room with their arms over their head?  There isn't much to hang ropes (or whatever) from.  I've tried the shower curtain before but it didn't work.

Try positioning her side to side on the bed rather than in the traditional position and use supporting bed frame structure below the mattress to do the tie-up

Over the bathroom door is your best bet. Be careful about pressure on the wrist bones if theres anything tight or if she puts any weight on it - that can cause a numb patch on the back of the hand that can last a few weeks.

hooks and strips can be applied wherever you prefer (wall, bed frame,  side table,  etc), and then removed easily and without a trace.
