Thai bodywork is a form of massage that stretches you while you receive. Some consider it passive yoga because someone else is doing all the work. What happens is that your circulation is getting improved through the stretching. Your 'meridians' or 'channels' are opening up. Guess what happens at the end of the session? You feel really good. You will feel great.  

Clients often comment on how my experience and training shows. In addition, I'm told I have amazing and healing hands. It makes for a complete experience. I really care. I find the areas of you that are tense, knotted up and tight.  

During the journey I take my time. I may make you take your time, remind you to breathe, and really feel the experience. When you are escaping into that moment, I help to keep you there. It's not about rushing on to the next thing, but being in the moment.

Thai style is done on the floor, but I use a bio-mat so you are very comfortable. I do have a massage table for those that prefer that, but that does not include Thai massage.
