I do a lot of driving during these tours.  Best to contact "in advance" and/or make sure you "call" in addition to emailing/PMing because I don't always check emails while driving.

For this trip, if you're asking for the morning of 1st be SURE to set that up in advance.  If you're not screened yet and you wait til day before, your chances of meeting are close to nil.   Please try to get all that worked out in advance. Thanks.
