I'll be coming for a weekend in 2 weeks and currently trying to figure out my lodging. Should I stay in Austin or San Antonio and which part of the city is most convenient?  
I'd like to be accessible to restaurants and shopping. Speaking of which, I'm a major foodie and would love recommendations on delicious restaurants. I love all types of food!  
Should I do one night in San Antonio and one in Austin or are the cities close enough to each other to migrate between the 2? And last question, which of the two has more TER activity?
