That all depends. Looks like you will be here for only a few days and there is so much to see and do especially in a pre covid world. You may want to stay in the domain area as there is a lot right there especially if you don't have a car. Great shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Downtown, SOCO, east Austin all have great vibes and funky. Campus and Mt Bonnell are cool spots as well. BBQE is probably the best and most common. My 2 cents PM with additional questions.
