So those who caught me the last couple days I was here last time, know that I hired a Personal Assistant. So screening went a whole lot faster, lol.  I guess cause I was new, a lot of ladies still till this day haven't responded to reference requests I sent 2 weeks ago.  Thank you to all the agencies that did references for me. Very cool!
