I was watching some news show this morning and see that the station has something called "Buddy Check" which is where a woman sends a "buddy" a reminder to do a monthly breast self-exam. Just so you know, I'm volunteering YOU to be MY "buddy" but you shouldn't stop at sending ME a reminder and checking them babies yourself.....?!!
