You're right. Established, reputable...

indies take their business just as seriously as good agencies. As a result, they are just as safe, if not safer, for clients to work with.

These experienced indies are aware that it's all about repeat business and that great reputations require hard work and must be earned.

But these established, reputable indies are the minority when compared to the prolific numbers of fly-by-night, Backpage-advertising, fuzzy cell phone pic indies that are looking to make just enough money to buy that cute dress at Zara in the mall.

These "amateur" indies are easy for LE to pick off as "low hanging fruit". There's much that they're willing to do and who they're willing to give up in an effort to avoid further prosecution.

I agree! Established , reputable independent providers will screen thoroughly.. But yes due to schedules may be harder to schedule with and may take a bit more effort to get an appointment w/ an indy... But I'm sure as some will agree... Its ohhh sooo worth the wait! :)

Heard last Thursday night Gwinnett police ran a sweep on Backpage girls.  One of my favorites was busted at Sun Suites in Gwinnett.  The MO was to call to set up an appointment, show up, hand the provider money, and as soon as the provider accepted the money, a couple of cops would come in to complete the arrest.  Good to see my tax money at work throwing people in jail for victimless crimes, instead of being allocated more to putting away murderers and robbers.

about your ATF's ability to screen her clients, now does it?

Meant to say that's an obvious "I agree".  The "I agree" got cut off.

Dekalb County started their sting on Tuesday last week and so far I've see three girls from Backpage in the area arrested for Prostitution. My friend owns a bonding company here in Dekalb and always tips me off the day of.

LE budgets across the board, I'm not surprised that LE is focusing its efforts on "low hanging fruit".
