I contacted him directly afterwards (he probably didn't even reach his car yet) and let him know that he did not leave my advertised donation amount for 90 min. He has not responded back...though beforehand he was sending pics of himself and communicating quickly. Contact me for more specific info. This kind of scenario makes me not want to do this anymore!!
I'd be inclined to give him 48 hrs at most, then out him on the public board!
No use in allowing this to happen again to anyone else, and then any ladies seeing him will check to make sure things add up before proceeding, and any guys who know him may not recommend or vouch for him as it could damage their reputations.

As clients we only have a few responsibilities:
1. Be timely, arriving and leaving (or communicate changes/delays)
2. Be clean or get clean at arrival
3. Know exactly what the correct donation is and BE SURE what is being left I'd correct before walking through the door
4. Be respectful of provoder in all ways.
It is not that hard to be a good client and shorting donation is almost always intentional.

You have without a shadow of a doubt confirmed my thoughts about this as well. I appreciate your brief synapsis of how a "Respectful Hobbyist" maintains himself and treats us as providers. Its definitely comforting to know that this could have just been an isolated issue and not the norm.

First if you were shorted on the transaction, that bites!
My question is: Did he book you for an hour and pay for the hour or did he just book a random appointment stay 30 minutes over and pay you for an hour or did he book for 90 minutes and short you a unspecified amount of $$
He booked for an hour and initially asked me as he was approaching almost 30 min earlier than our scheduled appointment time would it be okay to extend to my 90 minute session right then and that he brought the necessary funds for it. I decided to stick with the schedule and told him if so desired he could extend during the session.
During our session he decided he wanted to extend to 90 minutes and placed additional funds on the table. Afterwards, he asked me as he was leaving out of my apartment ..."had anyone ever not paid me my full amount"? I told him "no..I've never had that issue"...however that raised a red flag with me and I proceeded immediately to count the additional funds he left. Consequently, after realizing what he may have been implying, I immediately texted and called him to let him know that he shorted me and owed me for the additional time before he even probably reached his vehicle. He claimed he didn't know; however, I explained that the amounts are listed on every one of my advertisements. He said he thought it was a different amount and never picked back up or responded back to my inquiry of him bringing the additional funds. He was very eager and communicative beforehand trying to make an appointment....and now I see it was definitely a ploy...because now he has ceased any and all communications.
I am new to the industry and do not like how I was treated today. I had a rough week already in school and for the first person I see on my day back as a provider to treat me like that...was truly hurtful because I put my all into what I do. I am trying to remain professional so all other providers please contact me if you would like to know his personal info. I have all of his work information: email, office line, cell and even pictures of him. Thanks to some earlier suggestions, I have placed him on the Blacklist databases as well...so thank you for that suggestion.
Your backpage. Ad says your donation is 200 / 300 but does not specify the time. Your other ad says donation $300 again no time. I am sorry you didn't get what you expected but your ambiguity contributed to this. I think. I did not see on either add a donation for 90 mins specifically. I am guessing he left you 3 bills, no?

Her listed rates on p411 are NOT clear.
They specifically state 300 USD but no time frame for that 300 USD.
If you scroll down in her P411 listing you will find a fairly detail time and rate list (which was there Friday when I looked). Yes the single line donation has no time in at but that is almost always a one hour rate (at least in my experience). Again it is a good idea to simply verify the donation before playtime, avoid such issues.
I must disagree with the inference that the lady’s ad is the major cause of the issue. Anyone that has in this hobby even for a short time knows that rates listed this way are for half hour/hour (some even list ##/##/## which is 15 quickie/ HH / HR) almost always (there is an exceptions to every rule). I will grant that saying that is the safest but this individual obviously knew what he was doing (otherwise why asked "Has anyone ever shorted you?”) on the way out and then refusing to answer. Clarity in ads is important but common sense by clients also key. If you’re not sure ASK!

But she said they discussed on the phone and in person about the hour and extending, your explanation is plausible but I think this guy knew exactly what he was doing by his parting question. And if he was a stand up guy he would have made up the difference and been the one to take the high road.

But there are two sides to every story, and sometimes only one. Until today I never heard of you. You may have encountered a lower life form from BP, but you could also be using the board as a marketing tool and making up the story for attention.
I can't tell you how many time I have seen these type of threads over the years from unknown providers threatening hobbyists with blacklisting and claiming to be robbed in some form or fashion.

While it is possible that it is a ploy for attention, research shows the following. She has adds both TER and on BP, she has responded to at least one thread recently on the general board, she is P411 listed, she has 3 very current reviews, two of which are reviewers with extensive list of reviews. While none of this means that this is not a ploy, it does (at least to me) lend credibility to her story. In truth the correct location for the post was actually the provider’s only board but that can be explained as a lack of experience in using TER. Also if it is this is a onetime ploy and runs risk of giving her a bad name among other providers if it is discovered to be such.
You are also correct that there are two sides to every story; actually I prefer the quote "The truth is a three edged sword."
Be that as it may we each must choose the believe or not.
The three reviews only tell me that she is a provider, nothing more. Her board posts are almost non existent and getting verified on P411 is simple. If you believe that makes her credible, then be my guest. None of that passes my sniff test in the credibility department. Time will tell.

She is a listed provider at p411 , but not a VERIFIED provider at p411. And I retract my previous statement about no specific time frames. Further down on her profile it does mention in her 'specials' section 450/90 mins; although that's really not a special price at all but it is listed.
She's still not a verified provider at p411.
I guess those jaded ladies who maintain the lynch mob mentality want to protect their interest. They blacklist over the most stupid shit, ruining lives. Which is exactly why I don't give out any information when booking that can be used against me. If they want to put poewhitetrash on the blacklist fine, but that's all anybody's gonna find, and I'm not tied to it.
Funny for someone new in the biz, one of her first posts is wanting to know how to blacklist someone who shorted her a half hour. She should have counted her cash, period and this wouldn't be an issue. I'm for one glad to see her post. I avoid girls who rant about blacklisting.
I have corresponded with Veronica and I can tell you she is about as straight forward as she can be. She is intelligent also, definitely made an impression on me. No, I haven’t seen her because our schedules haven’t allowed but shall remedy as soon as possible.
