Do some providers prefer not to be reviewed? I can see pros and cons on both sides. I ask because some providers have several reviews and some have none.

I have certainly met some providers who have specifically asked me to not submit a review.  

While a few just asked to be not reviewed at all, other were picky about which sites they wanted their reviews on.
