 I have been hobbying now for 15+ years.  I have over 50 reviews on TER and 30+ Likes on P411.    
   
 I am from ATL, but today I traveled south.  ( I don't want to mention the city or the providers name)  
   
 I had been reserching providers for 2+ weeks.  My first choice wasn't free so I went with my second choice.  Great overall reviews.  (1 or 2 questionable ones...) Our communication was great up till the time of the appointment.  
   
 I don't see alot of ladies.  I usually hobby when I travel for business.  So, I do my research to find the best lady possible and really look forward to our time together.    
   
 Now keep in mind this is a higher end "VIP" type provider.  $600 for 90 min session.    
   
 The day of the appt (today) she email me to tell me that her phone broke and to send her the RM # and hotel info ago).  So, I did.  Her phone was cracked and was barely working.  Then she asks me to text the hotel address again, no big deal I did.  Now it is 20mins past our appt time (no biggie) So, I text again wanting to get an update...No response.    
   
 50 mins later, I text again asking if she wants to reshdule (she has my hotel info AND room #) .  90 mins after the appt time she responds to tell me she will be here in 10 mins.  then she texts again that her Boyfriends father just past away and how she was in the hospital....I told her I was really sorry to hear that.  (knowing that it was BullShit)  I told her perhaps another time we can get together. .  She still wanted to meet.  But, I was a skeptial about it.  I assume she booked another appt in addition to mine  But, I didn't think it would be a great session if she was depressed or tied from her last appt...  
   
 So, I told her it wasn't going to work.  Now I went back to the front desk and had them move me to another floor / room just in case she shows up...  
   
 What are your thoughts?  Did I do the right thing?  You know how horney we can get.  It was hard to not want to give in.  But, I hate feeling like a sucker...  When she told me she 10mins away I didn't know if that was really 10mins or an hour....    
   
 I did hang on longer than most.  but I know that it is Impossible / Very Unlikly I could find a quality provider on such short notice.  I really wanted to get laid by a hot lady.

Sounds like you just need a really good session with a quality girl or two. Maybe a real pse with multiple shots on goal.  
But I agree after the long delay with no call likely would have been a sub par performance. Besides if she wasn't lying who wants to fuck with a ghost in the room. The unpredictability of the hobby is what gives it the "spice". Lol

You did the right thing, I've had this happen twice... luckily for me i have several options if need be. If you have 50 reviews, just call one of your ATF's.

She lied to you so you owe her nothing. You did the right thing especially having the hotel move you to another room. Why not have look for a backup just in case.

Some may not like this comment because I'm a provider and a newbie on top of that. In spite of that I don't down play my personality, character or opinion for no one. I'm a honest and fair woman whether in my personal life or business.When you are right you are right, when you are wrong you are wrong no matter who you are. My point? To create the foundation to let you know, I think she was wrong. I'm not going in on detail of how a "VIP" shouldn't have a broken phone or atleast a second one for the hobby.  If I were you, I would have had more respect for her AND probably would seen her if she would have been honest about double booking or not being able to make it at the scheduled time for whatever reason. If in fact the death were true, why inform you when she is "conveniently" 10 minutes away. I think you did the right thing. It's unfortunate this happened but life is about learning. As far as being a sucker, you escaped that this time but if you book with her again then you will be.

I would not let this one incident run me away from the hobby.  Highend providers can be flaky as well.  This shouldn't be a reflection on providers or the hobby.  It was just an inconvenience for you.  It happens but I would argue that it happens a small percent of the time.

I don't give out my room number until they call me from the lobby. Less likely to create the issue you had with having to move, which I would have done as well unless I had seen the provider before
