or Girlz...lol.

I am selling my 2000 Suzuki Katana.  Its a nice metallic blue with gray and red detail with just under 6,000 miles.  It's a 600 jetted to a 750.  It has a $1,300,00 after market pipe and boosted.  The bearing has been tightend for better control when taking curves.  Just a tiny paint damage.  (I leaned over too far and had to let it drop)But other than that it looks great.

It's just way to much bike for me.  Its too heavy and too sooped.  It is not a beginners bike!  It IS a racing bike.

I bought it against the advice of my more experienced riding buddies.  It was big and shiny and I had to have it.

It was riding it on the highway...it opened up on me (from 60 to 90 in like 3 secs) and scared the crap out of me and its been sitting in my garage ever since that day.  I bought a little Yamaha 600 so this one is just in the way.

I can e-mail a photo to anyone that is interested.  Also another girlfriend of mine is selling her 2001 Ducati.  Now that bike is beautiful!

For info and pictures on either bike please contact me.  [email protected]  770-498-8840

Oh..that Putty Cat Special is still on.  This is the last week!

Thanks for your time.

Kisses,

Kharmyn

Hello there!  What are you selling the bike for? I just bought a BMW bike, but my buddy want a bike, but does not want to spend too much.  Thanks.

Personally, I don't like Katana's...My mentor always called them Kanatunas...I had a 92' GSXR600, drag jets, Stage 1Jett Kit, Barnett kevlar clutch plates(which I installed myself), Yosh slip-on, and it was mint...course' until I decided to make the ultimate mistake and let a prospective buyer ride it...He got hit by a car, and totaled my bike....I still have pics....*sniff*  At 474lbs. wet, I loved it.  Everyone told me I'd surpass it in a heartbeat...I really want a Ducati, dependent on what it is...Let me know how much she is selling it for, and what type it is.  Or she can consign it at Atlanta Triumph Ducati(number and name on my wish list)  They will sell it there on consignment....As for the Yamaha600; great bike for novices, and easy to maintain...Be safe, and ride on!!!!

You work on your own bike? Cool..  I personally have a mechanic with a really nice azz.  There's something about motor oil and gasoline that just doesn't seem feminine to me.  Call me prissy. I'm more into whether my leathers coordinate with my bike and if it makes my rear look too flat...lol

The Katanas are longer and a lot heavier than the average bike in its class.    Was your mentor short?  Most Katana owners call it the "little man" complex.

E-mail me for the details of the Ducati if your still interested..

Kisses,

Kharmyn

He was my husband, and I inherited my bike.  Best rider I ever knew personally...Katanas were known for being crappy bikes, but they have actually been pretty decent in the past few years...I wanted to learn how to work on it myself, the more I knew, the better I rode.  And my leathers matched perfectly.....lol!  I can also detail the heck out of a bike....;-)  I'll email you regarding the Duck...I love talking about bikes.....!!!

have the same reputation for being not well put together.  But people swear by their Fords and their Chevy's.

They need to make those little boy icons for bikes like the do for the pick ups.  You know the ones...if you piss on mine..I'll piss on yours...lol.

They are soo cute!
