It helps, but at least in my experience, P411, date-check, etc, is more of important, and even if you're whitelisted I still find that the providers I spend time with want a couple of recent references from ladies they can contact.  Only a couple of times has a lady said "OK, you're whitelisted, we're good to go".  Would be curious to hear the ladies' responses.

I've never looked at a fella's whitelisting. I will always check references instead of looking at the "whitelist".  Just my personal preference.  

IMO - You would be better off using a third party service like P411, RS2K, etc.  Establish referrals there.
