Is it difficult for a provider to whitelist a hobbyist?  It seems that getting a reference or an ok on p411 is more likely to be done.

Allowed one but..Im not! I am a fan and like I said. I WISH I had one :) so many of you guys would be AOK because I know so many girls personally, they know I dun bullshite around. If hes good well then hes good :) Take that to the bank!
